Christie Reagan
Christie, the Principal Broker and owner, along with her husband Lee, of Golden Rule Real Estate, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role. With a successful track record as a top producing agent, she has also made a mark in the TV industry as a host for “American Dream”, a national, Emmy nominated tv show. Prior to her career in real estate, Christie worked as a nurse, showcasing her dedication to helping others. Additionally, she served as an Executive Ambassador for the popular rideshare company, Lyft. It's worth mentioning that Christie's adventurous spirit led her to work as an over the road truck driver in her youth, allowing her to explore the beauty of the country firsthand.
With her strong belief for the “Golden Rule”, Christie builds a special connection with her clients by treating them exactly how she would want to be treated herself. She genuinely cares about helping others and has a true passion for the real estate industry.
Outside of her work in real estate, Christie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two grown sons, Brandon and Kirkland. Camping and singing karaoke are two of her favorite hobbies.

Lee Reagan
Lee is a native Tennessean who has lived in East Tennessee his whole life with the exception of the time he spent as an airman in the Air Force. His business career has literally taken him around the globe, but he has found no place he would rather live than in the Knoxville area.
Lee has spent over three decades working in the nuclear industry and is recognized as an expert in laboratory radiation detection. He is named on several US and European patents for detection technologies. Lee is now an owner along with his wife Christie of Golden Rule Real Estate bringing his years of experience with technology and business acumen to the practice of real estate.
He holds three degrees including for electronics technology (Tennessee Institute of Electronics, 1989),organizational management (Tusculum, 2000) and Master of Business Administration (Lincoln Memorial University, 2004).
He has two boys: one still in high school and the other a petty officer in the nuclear Navy serving on a ballistic missile submarine.

Emily Chu
Emily joins Golden Rule Real Estate with a diverse background in many fields such as science, finance, and health. She has a passion for personal finance and education and enjoys helping others achieve their dreams. To this end, she is also a Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS 2407637) and has helped many people finance their home purchases. A lover of cultures and travel, she is also a liaison for Au Pairs in the Knoxville area. She lives with integrity, values honesty, and is guided by high ethical standards. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and her dog, Smokey.
Christina Vann
As a life-long resident of SWMO, Christina became a licensed agent in 2011 and later obtained her TN license in 2017 working as a Sales Development/Realtor for an established broker in Knoxville. Her main focus is to find families their forever home that will provide them with memories that will last a lifetime.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Christina's background focused on office management (medical billing) & staffing/recruiting for one of the top employment agencies in the 4 state area.
When not working, Christina enjoys traveling and spending time with friends & family.
Lisa Harson
I was born and raised in East Tn , moved to Knoxville in 2008 then to my current home in Clinton Tn in 2016. I worked in manufacturing for 14 years then went into retail mgmt for 11 years. I decided to go back to school in 2008 and graduated from South College in 2011 and have been in nursing since that time. My passion is taking care of people. I recently decided to make a career change and join the real estate family and I know I can still help others. I look forward to helping clients whether it is to find the right home or to sell their home. I will work hard to make sure it’s the best experience possible.
I am married to Whitman Harson. When I am not working I love working outdoors, love camping and riding my motorcycle. I love spending time with my family and friends. I have two daughters Christy and April, one bonus son Wesley and one bonus daughter Jamie. We have several grandkids and great grandkids.
